Screen printing on cotton isn't rocket science.
However, the process involves many factors that when combined result in a great looking print.
On the other hand, overlooking simple aspects of the process will end up with an average looking t-shirt.
Paint type, skill and cotton quality are the main elements of a great looking tee.
Most companies with a high turn over use a oil based paint called 'plastisol'. This is easy to work with as it doesn't clog up in the screen. The negative aspect of this paint is that it has thick feel to the print, it easily cracks and has a dull sheen to it once dry.
Water based paint is a more preferred alternative. It requires more skill to use but the results are noticeably better.
Colours and feel of the print are the biggest differences.

The quality of the print is our No.1 priority. All of the bigger companies will rush the job to create a high turnover. This results in prints not centered. The human eye is very sharp and can easily pick up on the slightest misalignments. We take the time to carefully monitor all of these processes to make sure you receive the best looking tee!
